Writing is the secret sauce

Have you ever wondered why you can’t accomplish a specific task, or why you are not where you want to be in life? Ideally, consciousness and unconsciousness work to complement each other, but when these processes are battling at cross-purposes, indecision or poor decisions rob you of your energy and undermine your goals. Writing regularly in a journal may be the sauce that holds them together.

Writing honest reflections is a good way to bring these aspects into full view. You can start now and it doesn't cost anything except a little engaged focus. "Paperless" writing is a journalist’ dream come true.
