Have you taken inventory? Part 1

Clients come to me to address diet because I practice acupuncture but also teach a Paleo – Keto – Carnivore Continuum. They expect questions about food. So it surprises them when I ask for a list of symptoms, or things that are not wonderful. Once they start listing things for me, they often apologize because they don’t want to sound like complainers. But it just finally hits them that there is a lot that needs attention. Where do you begin?

You first have to know what you want to change. This is a list of 9 areas of life to consider. It may seem excessive but it will help to see where you should make improvement that we’ll talk about in Part 2.
