Over the holidays, my tip-of-the-fork tastings morphed into frequent re-loads - otherwise known as shoveling it in. Ugh.

It is time to reel it back, give the systems inside a rest, and do it without dieting or starving (same thing).

Are you curious about that Keto-thing? Or maybe you have come to the conclusion, based on experience, that dieting just brings guilt, starvations, and, in the end, weight gain.

I wish I could say it is intuitive, but it's not.
